It is a great place to work, but in my role we need more people with global knowledge at corp. or local people who can support the corp team with their experience I feel that with finance there are no processes in place and partner enablement is missing people that is better than hire managers.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
some of the executive team is new so hard to say something about it. The Channel leadership team needs to understand better the local needs instead of focusing on corp.
