appreciating the efforts that individuals put instead of run only behind market corrections

irrespective of how the coworkers deliver , manager atleast supports and shares the same concern to put together the broken pieces and deliver for the team

two and half years of efforts are gone vain when folks who did nothing yet completed the same tenure as myself were also rewarded with the same compensation as myself now.

there needs an environment where the coworkers too put their commitment and accountability towards work , when the organisation itself is not valuing the accountability i would not blame coworkers missing it in them
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the organisation is only running after the numbers , like closing the deals , increasing the sales , but retaining the customers and working on customer satisfaction is equally important which in general is not happening at the same pace
