Incredibly fast paced company with some leadership operating at old school operating model (mainly dell practices). When the ELT works together, a lot gets done. If they dont, the lower rung team tries to work together which is very challenging. The mid tier managers gets confused

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Mainly due to rapid escalation of pay scales of new hires. The current employees have not had pay adjustments for 2 yers or followed Dell policies which are not market orientated
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Almost totally refreshed. The old team was tired, disjointed and on the way out. The new LT is just 3 months old or less. It is too early to take a survey. So this survey is really about the old team
