The team is very open about their opinions and they are very friendly and always there to help the fellow team members.
What makes you most happy at work?
The WORK!!! The team is fantastic. My manager is amazing.. The kind of work we get to do on a daily basis is the best thing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no benefits we are getting right now. This is the only thing bothering me/us. We dont have awards that can be given to team members and cant see any path forward.
