If you don't have any existing customers at Boomi and only build up new customers, you will never reach your goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really appreciate that there is a flat hierarchy at Boomi. You get help from everywhere and everyone, I appreciate that very much.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every day is different, of course the basic structure is the same, but my days are always different. Every week meetings with new customers, building up existing customers, learning more about Boomi and sharing the knowledge. Teaching and supporting new colleagues. That gives me a lot of joy.
