Complete flexibility , collaborative environment, great Manager, no favouritism , equal opportunity

Meet with coworkers. But we need a good office space to work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
New leadership team is now investing in product which looks to be a great sign. Our product roadmap looks more promising which will make our product more feature rich and comprehensive. Previously, Boomi was lagging in adding competitive features
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great working environment. I would like to thank my manager Sreenivasulu Mandi to provide every opportunity to each one of us and help us with what support we need. All members help and support each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With current market trend, I am clearly underpaid. I think there should be a regular compensation correction activity within organisation to ensure all are paid fairly at same level. My colleagues at my level have company shares but I have not been granted shares.
