The company is fair. It offers many benefits but overall pay is unremarkable. If you need a job and are willing to do whatever it takes. Its nice to know you will get 40hours a week. All in all they could do better. Profit sharing is a plus but overall pay could be 3-5 dollars better.

We work well together. Everyone gets along.

I believe everyone is treated fairly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Honest and simple. No aggressive and challenging questions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part has to be the amount of vacation time and profit sharing they give. Its really nice to know the company is willing to give a little extra for hard work and incressed profits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel heard for the most part. Most of the time i think thats taken into account. I also expressed my desire for upward advancement and feel like based on what I've seen they do help people grow within the organization.
