What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They still have people walk in off the street to fill out aplications which are not documented and tracked and thrown in a pile.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Put competant leaders in place. Poor leadership at the Milton location including Market manager level. Very unethical actions and decisions by the upper level leadership. The SEC would shut this place down if audited.
