Overall it’s the best and most enjoyable job I’ve had in my career. I will admit though, my moral does waiver from time to time because I know I’m severely underpaid for what I bring to the table and offer
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team will jump in and help each other out without having to be asked to do so.
What makes you most happy at work?
Construction is all I have ever done in my career. I enjoy the majority of the guys I work with both internally and externally.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was free to ask questions that were important to me and was able to express to my manager what I bring to the table.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the fact that my manager trusts in my work ethic, knowledge and abilities enough to allow me to manage my assigned accounts as if my job was my own business.
