Literally everything is done wrong. They dont ever properly clean or sanatize and everyone gives cuatomers an attitude all day.

They expect me to know what to do when I don't and I make it very clear that I don't know what to do in need help and they have an attitude about it
The food is always old under cooked and slow the employees take there time and argue with the customer with them the customer is never right
Customers are not getting what they paid for I have asked the managers and employees to stop ripping off the customers they continue I have several text messages to my GM and the other managers and they continue to say I am not the police or health department nor am I there boss
not rush people when its their frist week, understand new workers dont always know how to help right away, help out and talk and not yell
The bringing in of outside managers and whimsical firing of essential workers when that person wants, leads to a unstable and volatile environment. A boss has to earn their workers' respect and be willing to put in work themselves, emphasizing and appreciating this will go a long way for them.

It all boils down to management. Nothing is taken seriously. Unpredictable behavior makes a toxic and hostile environment for everyone. Lazy employees are never corrected or held accountable. New employees are not trained properly and never corrected. Good employees carry a way heavier load.
