Better way of expressing problems to employees and not complaining to our customers about us. And then telling us that they don't pity us but want us to pity them...
Everything and understand things better
Everything , they treat people TERRIBLY
They need to learn how to talk to people with respect
I felt undervalued due to limited training, poor communication, and a lack of support from management. Fair compensation, proper onboarding, clear expectations, and recognition for employee contributions would create a more positive work experience.

Pay issues every week it's frustrating
Higher pay and more hours will make me feel more valued
Because they let certain people and managers get away with certain things for me to be treated fairly as a person
More money better manager that helps instead of fussing and taking more orders
Coworkers could improve teamwork and communication. However, management’s poor time management and lack of organization often created frustration. Better scheduling, communication, and support would help everyone work together more effectivel

Not making one guy in the back make everything and do everything with everything in the back when they have a bunch of front counter and registered people but no one to do anything in the back but the one guy. And then only paying attention to the one cook while ignoring everyone not doing their job
Work ethic would be nice
Speed working together understand that it takes everyone
Just take the hate out their agenda then everything will fall in place for the company better
The company culture would improve with stronger leadership, better communication, consistent training, employee recognition, and greater accountability. Providing adequate staffing and resources would also help create a more positive and productive workpLace

They need to change everything and not ignore problems
They need better people hired
The manager needs to get better or a better manager
I feel like the employees should come together as a unity instead of being separate. I covered for a lot of people and even before I was technically an employee. I was working there. I didn't get paid for those hours. I worked manager's shift. But wasn't a manager , so what does that mean
If the people at the top of chain would interviews and hire more it would be better cause general manager usually bring people that know them if it good then it's fine but when they motives us to keep bringing the company down the it will be easy for them by hiring people for that
She really didn't do an interview. It was she got my information and hired me on the spot.I Worked two days before my official day of hire and never got paid for them
Honesty when speaking about the flow of work and how people act at work

Simply working with your employee training on the way that they're supposed to be trained and not throwing an attitude at them when they accidentally mess up or do it wrong the first time

The General Manager is completely unfair & treats me as a certain way because of my living situation making a hostile work environment as well as a hostile lifestyle for me !!!
Managers that have no training no class and unprofessional
The woman that is pushing they agenda in workforce when it should be a positive environment. They working against men and if at the top the place run ruff until it almost at the end then the boss find out about it too late. The men working but the woman overworked the men then it turned the company
Paying employees on time please
The management at this company are unkind, uncommunicative, isolated and do not properly train their staff. This leaves room for a bad reputation.
