It has been good. I've seen some post about moral issues and this is true but I think its mostly caused by workers being busy constantly. There isn't time to interact with coworkers. There aren't any efforts by coworkers to create relationships/friendships outside of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people appreciate the job they have and are happy to help out.
What makes you most happy at work?
The small time I spend with coworkers talking about non work related things.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part really is the employee discount. This doesn't mean its not a decent job with fair compensation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was done remotely for the most part. The most annoying thing about job hunting is the time wasted securing an interview and in many cases today traveling back and forth for multiple interviews.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is never together either. It's a bizarre work environment where time is almost completely consumed by customer and inventory need. Working in a warehouse affords you more opportunity to interact with coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team has a positive attitude about getting work done and helping out coworkers and customers. Many of my coworkers have a natural vibrant energy it's unfortunate we don't get to interact more. Most assignments are for individuals break time is staggered and short.
