That also depends who the mod is at the time certain mod make you feel like a child ,micro managing ,There has to be an environment of unity so that we are all on the same page .
What are some of the best things about your team?
Camaraderie,how at the end of the day we give it our very best to get the store ready for opening .i also think we should choose our team members as a standard certain groups work excellent together and have a formula to get the job done !
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued -the paid rate the lack of employees If the payroll gets cut then the work load falls on the employee that are left for the day, While we on the store level do all the hard work corporate gets the big salaries the bonuses maybe Corp should work and see how it really works .
