They look up to me as a leader and we get along to get things done.

They need communication , trust , training , good customer service, a good work ethic environment
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything . Training, better communication skill , better leadership, they need to have a back bone to the cashiers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didnt really have a interview i was told on the phone that i could come back and all i needed was to do a new application
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one makes the same but everyone does the same work or more . I wasnt told a position been free balling ( working in every department ) even keeping shortages down. But never get recommendations for the merchandise returned From the theft.
