
Leadership is fine. We have a good line of communication. We see each other on a weekly basis.
For my position, I know what other people make in my region. I am the lowest paid employee in my region. For a full time position.
Since it's a retail environment most if not all the people who work there besides management is a body in a position. There is no incentive for them to improve since there is little upward mobility.
The attitude of the store is "well it's a job". You can't really fix that without regional district interaction. L they don't really participate with regular workers. Or if promises are made. They are never followed through.
