The leadership team needs to do better with communication, organization, and reliablity.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The compensation is too low for the amount of work that is asked of us to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes as an employee, I am undervalued because I work too hard not to get any recognition and the store manager does not apprieciate all of the hard work that is done to prep the store overnight. I would feel better if the compensationn was higher, for example, $13.
