I give 100% and feel that I deserve to be paid better than the people who work at 7/Eleven.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my co-workers call off a lot and act as if they can't be bothered to work. A better attitude is needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Do more to stop theft. The store I work in has a large amount of theft, because little or no loss prevention.
