If the company and managers cared about the workers and they wouldnt let staff be mean to others the job is not that bad. Of course getting the pay that you deserve would improve things.

They have good sales and nice products. Most of the shoppers are nice.

It was easy and fast. I had the job in 10 minutes and started working right then.

Some of the workers are nice. Alot of them are mean but they understand what everyone goes through there.

More money. More respect as people and not just a number that they calculate on how much you should get done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to care about their employees. They continually make changes and if you dont like it dont let the door hit ya. They lie to you.
