Leading constructively and without shaming. Holding all employees to the same standard.

Most co-workers want each other to succeed and support that end game.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told there is no raise unless we bring all employees up to top scoring in reviews.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do everything we can to support each other while we are not allowed to converse and teamwork is frowned upon.
