Need to improve on communicating with one another. Too many people clique up and are rude or do not want to do their jobs as assigned
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing associates, how to talk to people with respect, how to implement reward systems, being more responsive and visible on the sales floor and front end, assisting supervisors in getting floor associates to do their jobs
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The environment is very negative and the managers lack care and respect towards helping the store flow the way that it should. There is a lack of adequate training for people in all departments. We need improvements in the way the store is managed and hiring of individuals that want to work
