So, far I like my job. I am a people person. I interact well with my co-workers. But....all but 5 of the FTemployees that were there Oct 21st, 2019 have quit due to schedules being cut and management speaking unkindly in front of customers. I just smile at the customers when I see it.

My co-workers are great people
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are just people trying to make a living. We don't play games with others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very indecisive. One minute it'seems follow the floor plan "Always". The next the manager decides differently. Then the assistant tells you to do it their way. Continually setting and resetting shelves, 4-ways and racks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was offered a dept Mgr position after my 90 days. Guaranteed 38 hrs a week with a raise. It's been well over that. The excuse is my 90 wasn't up. Now the reason is b time hasn't updated my position. I know the information has to be entered manually for b time to recognize the change.
