What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My fellow associates and Allen people. I'm from here and love the atmosphere
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Know their jobs and stay out of the back office and on the sales floor with tha associates
What did you like most about the interview process?
I thought it would be a great fit for me. Pt cashier would be ok with disabilities. then moved to ft sales floor that helped my disability. Put on ft cashier. Can't seem to walk on some days.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm disabled and can't be in one place/cashiering more than a cpl hrs at a time. I'm ft floor and have been at the reg ft for weeks. My disability is getting worse. Manager knows...doesnt really care it seems.
