What do you like best about the leadership team?
Assistant manager and other mangers are great. Head manager is not listening to veteran employees and or scheduling needs and there's no HR presence so we don't feel safe from retaliation if we talk to them about it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we had management who listened to concerns, held us access btime didn't change availability behind our backs.. you have to work 32.5 hours a week to be full time there over a period of time consecutively but they can change that so you don't qualify. Stressful
