Leadership Reviews

Strategic alignment and reasonable goals

Listening to employees needs and complaints

Communication lacking. A lot of favoritism. Dishonest and disloyal if not employee owner.

Providing tools that work for the job that needs to be performed and developing a culture of team work.

Respecting our home lives. Efforts have been made to improve it for working. Families

Review from Engineering Dept

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The bonues and stock we get each year

They offer a complete compensation package in clouding competive wages, boxes, stock plan and earnings on company shares

employee ownership. ESOP as retirement compensation

Flexible hours, work location, stock, and bonus

Superior progress towards financial goals for retirememt.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

After nearly a decade working here, I have repeatedly discussed the discrepancy between my salary and market value -- and the delta 30% between me and coworkers -- but management continues to push the idea that all compensation aligns with our market competitors.

Having a higher salary would be nice

Not even enough to afford 1 bedroom apartment average in my city

Paid fair salary instead of receiving bonus as big portion of compensation.

management is dishonest and awful

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

Cooperative and friendly. Inclusive approach

Review from Engineering Dept

Amazing support. They all love their job.

Team bond and subject matter expertise

We are like family. Because we are employee owned, we are all interested in doing our best for the client so we can get repeat business. Make the client profitable and we will be rewarded at the end of the year.

Everyone does their part and participates.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Office space is uncomfortable and uptight

Focus on work instead of "culture".

It’s like high school or an extension of college

Review from Engineering Dept

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

Great culture and environment. Everyone loved it here.

Managers have discretion and flexibility.

Low level employees commiserate in the company of their fellow contemporaries, having events like Chick-fil-a Day and a yearly chili cook off to celebrate the original loan being paid off by the founders. These events come with congratulatory remarks from managers, and no compensation increases.

Review from Engineering Dept

Being an employee-owner of the firm.

Genuine respect and affection for each other while expecting great results from all team members.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Fake corporate mottos without any real implementation or moral compass

It’s become incredibly cut throat

Review from Engineering Dept

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Quick response time and clear and concise instructions for location and parking.

Structured and methodical process was followed

Had a panel of a couple of different people. Each one had targeted questions that were strategic and thoughtful about what I would be doing.

It was done virtually and happened quickly.

Interviewers were genuinely interested in what I had to say and wanted to learn about my experience and more about me. Did not feel like they were just reading off a script.

Having plenty to do. Teaching others so that they can take over my job one day.

Flexibility with limits. There is an understanding that life happens, but after all we are here to make money for ourselves.

Being a part of something bigger than myself.

Getting the job done to the satisfaction of the Client, our own company and ourselves personally.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management over promises on very little budget of money and man hours
