Amazing support. They all love their job.
Team bond and subject matter expertise

Great culture and environment. Everyone loved it here.
Managers have discretion and flexibility.
Low level employees commiserate in the company of their fellow contemporaries, having events like Chick-fil-a Day and a yearly chili cook off to celebrate the original loan being paid off by the founders. These events come with congratulatory remarks from managers, and no compensation increases.

It was done virtually and happened quickly.
Interviewers were genuinely interested in what I had to say and wanted to learn about my experience and more about me. Did not feel like they were just reading off a script.
