What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency and investment in employees' development
Truly open-door; host meetings with new hires and the executive team, and a weekly meeting with an opening for all questoins.

Listen to your employees, they are overworked and burntout. Please are making themselves sick from stress & unknown expectations.

Everything about it is great
Company-paid benefits for every associate, with option to upgrade to higher tier. Even the company-paid ones are better than the top tier at other companies I've worked for.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive and encouraging culture throughout the whole company
Work-life balance isn't just a tagline, it's truly a strong focus. No one at the company will shame you for having to take a morning off because your dog is sick, or having to leave early for a kid's game.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They likely need to revamp the entite management layer
