Rolling out changes and communication
Wholesale change. Replace all C-levels and SVPs.
Listen to your employees and make actual changes. We know more than you give credit for.
Communicating pertinent details to front line associates before changes are made. Valuing and acting upon the majority opinions of the front line associates. Making front line associates feel valued and respected.
Very undervalued for the work we perform and the amount of money this company makes.
We're expecting to do more and more and when other departments are disbanding the work load goes to another department thats already struggling, so they are expected to do more with no change in pay
Conduct a market analysis and make appropriate adjustment
Stock options or yearly bonuses.
