Overall my experience has been excellent. The interview, hiring process, actual job, and manager support has been superb. Managers make sure we have what we need to be most effective at our jobs. They don't micromanage or waste time with pointless meetings like some of my previous employers have.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my dedicated team and having a unified goal of supporting our customers makes it easy to be at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would have to say that I think the pay is my favorite part. The benefits package has many options at varying costs which is nice too.
What did you like most about the interview process?
CACI was very prompt in getting back to me. I didn't have to wait weeks or even days to hear back. IT was a very quick process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is customer focused and extremely efficient. We work hard to make sure the customer is getting the best bang for the buck and our management team supports us in that effort.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work remotely at a customers facility so our day to day interactions are limited but I have had a positive experience with every interaction that I have had with the corporate side or our company. Not being micromanaged is a huge plus too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have worked as a government contractor with multiple companies and most treat you like a throw away employee just trying to milk as much money out of the contract as possible. I really feel like CACI invests in it's employees. We are currently just on a 1 year contract and its still great.
