Executive Bio

Mr. Vince Donlevie has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Harrah's Chester Casino and Racetrack of Harrah's Entertainment Inc. since February 1, 2005 and serves as Vice President and Assistant General Manager of Harrah's Joliet. Mr. Donlevie will oversee operations aspects of the development of Harrah's Chester, before relocating to the Philadelphia area. Prior to being named assistant general manager of Harrah's Joliet in 2001, he served as vice president of operations at Harrah's Joliet, vice president of casino operations at Harrah's Reno and director of casino marketing at Harrah's Atlantic City. He holds a B.A. degree from Temple University and is a graduate of St. James High School in Chester.
