Being treated like family and feeling like I matter more than just a body
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The tips system is unfair to GM. We work just as hard(it's literally my job to take care of the guests) and when a guest wants to show appreciation, we aren't included. There are many days when other managers aremaking more than me
