Got hired diring Covid, so training for myself was understandably cut short/insufficient. Nonetheless, it is a lot of work everyday, but with the right people by your side it's worthwhile.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I liked AwardCo, but we no longer use it. I do appreciate how my managers continually train us to know more, and encourage us as we are learning. My managers like to focus on the positive and celebrate the accomplishments we are making. Also, the birthday cards and celebrations we do.
