It's a good environment to work in- it's quiet and a peaceful office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be more in line compensation wise with the rest of my team. I am paid far lower than everyone else.

I like when we are able to get together for meetings and provide constructive feedback to each other. I like when we are able to celebrate our small wins.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they know everyone by name. I like that they seem invested in catching up with everyone around the office. I like that they are, for the most part, easy to talk to.
