Its okay. Definitely needs improvements in all areas. Feel like people are being utilized to their full ability. Crew and managers have a lot of potential I just feel its not being used the way it should be
What makes you most happy at work?
Sounding like a broken record, id say the crew again. They definitely make or break the shift. We could have a manager whos not helpful at all but as long as we have a good crew working the AM doesnt even matter
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Id say the crew. No matter if its a busy taco tuesday the crew definitely makes the shift more fun and less stressful. It does depend on whos scheduled not all staff is the same. For the most part though I would say the crew
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I get more criticism. Not that I want to be praised but to receive communication and it not always be what im doing wrong would be nice. I take pride in the work I put out but it doesnt seem to be noticed. The opportunity to move up would make it better
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Cinthya is the best manager ive had. Shes great at her job, shes both confident and humble, on top of great communication she has the ability of understanding and taking in to consideration her employees. Very rare in a manger to not just do what they want or speak how they want because they can
What are some of the best things about your team?
This goes for some not all. I love the relationship we have with each other and the customers. Theres a sense of urgency to not only give good service but to get done what we need to. I also love that majority of times we dont need a manager to know what we have to do we just do it.
