What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that the company has a huge emphasis on customer service. They are driven on building on our culture
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are clear with the direction that they want the stores to go. Continuous training is given and encouraged.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would base this on what the current market is offering. Sometimes i feel like we are not compensated fairly for the amount of reaponsibilty that we carry as general managers
