I am lucky to work for this company. I started from scratch, and with my desire, experience and attitude, I was able to move forward. The company believed in me even though my English is not very good. Now I am a Shift Manager and I love my job, the only thing is that if I think I could be better

Being able to share a smile and my positivism with my co-workers and clients and being able to do this makes them happier.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a shift leader I have many more responsibilities than other employees and I am paid almost the same as the rest of my co-workers.
