It has been highly challenging, however I think I have been reasonably compensated. I like the opportunities the company provides moving forward.

Providing excellent service and being compensated fairly for doing such.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like my 401k immensely, however I would like to see a higher percentage for my company contribution limit than 4%.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have people from all across the globe and we teach each other about our different ways. My favorite is how we are able to teach each other different languages while at work.
