What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the way that we support each other when someone else is struggling. we also celebrate each others birthdays with a song.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is not onky effeciant in all that they do, but they also treat us all like family. The other day I had a hard experience with a customet which happens every so often and my managers Alfredo and Camilo were great in handling the situation and also giving me their words of advice.
