I like how friendly and nice they are when i show up they are like my friends

I like to go in to a friendly enviroment where i am treated with respect by my peers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact they give you opportunities to grow in the company and make you fit in with the rest the team members
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am under valued bacuse i had been with this company for more than 3 1/2 years but i know others at a lower position than me have been at a higher pay gap than me. I do enjoy the 401k benifits and i would want to start soon
