It has been nothing but welcoming. I've enjoyed all of my supervisors and coworkers. There is not much to complain about.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do like that there is a chance to bonus based on performance and the odds are pretty fair.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication is very clearly important and they take the time to understand each other's differences and how each person learns.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The majority of my team is very out going and kind. I look forward to seeing most of them and working along side them.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the shift runs smoothly regardless of angry customers. It's always nice to know that our positive energy won't come down when someone else is a bad mood.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all lean on each other. I would say it is a team centered environment and very clearly it shows when there are call offs or someone is having a rough day. We're there for each other.
