I applied to Cafe Rio, not 100% confident I'd be hired. I had zero experience but an established work history so I gave it a try. To my surprise I was interviewed and eventually hired. It's been great. I've learned a lot and have gained experience that no other job could offer.

The personal goals are clear and achievable, but they also push you. It feels great to accomplish them all.

I don't really see my team much. Probably 2x week. But other co workers, they're energetic, fun to be around. Encouraging etc.
