Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel that with more features and additions being added, compensation should increase to fit the additional responsibilities of the role.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? Our current system is outsourced, so managers don't even have a good understanding of why pay levels are a certain way. I understand the intent is to make it more fair, but because of the lack of visibility/complexity, it seems like it's less fair.
