Working for a company that cares about their employees
Not sure dont remember that part
Bonus and equity were the main compensation
It increases throughout the year.
the retirement plan and 401k
Review from Customer Support Dept
The sales commision is pretty good
The Compensation and health care
What you pay into, corporate looks for every reason not to give it to you
Review from Operations Dept
Mental health benefits, and a gym partnership. The company heads in the right direction.
Bonuses , health care ,stocks

Benefit package start date was good
Review from Operations Dept
To be honest I don't really look at my 401(k) but I would assume that would be my benefit in my insurance
I work part-time and I am offered dental and vision coverage which is wonderful.
401K and health benefits are good
401k and health insurance as well as dental and vision benefits
It is provided at a competitive price
The free benefits included with job
Commission is sufficient if you sell and do what you are supposed to
That we have benefits like medical
Upper management doesnt listen to problems.
Stop being complacent as a company and the rest will fall in line
i would like to receive my w-2.
Pay us like before and get rid of the 100 call requirement its not quality work when you work that fast
Give chance to prove myself.. was training with a failing tech.. didn't give time to prove.. got rid of my because my mother was sick and I missed a few days .. my mom ended up passing but they let me go anyways..
I have more knowledge and I've done bigger and more sophisticated jobs than other techs.
If insurance was cheaper for family. If pay was more and commission was better.
My pay is great. But recently i found out i was either being fired or "shuffled" around to a possible different position. This was found out by their oops. I have been wirh the company for 11 years and 5 months. No respect. No integrity from management.
Insurance is the worst ive ever had. Being treated fairly according to federal state and company laws
Yearly evaluations and raises for work performance not because I have been asking for a raise for 8 months
The management makes lots of promises, but doesn't follow through with anything.
Less judgemental grading/scoring. Customer service is a thankless and negative job. All you get are angry calls all day. There isn't enough money to make up for that. They need to stop selling junk and support their service departments better
Our managers dont care about anything but their own pockets
I feel undervalued because my work shows what I can do and when my work never has to come back and no complaints I think that should tell u everything u need to know when helping family comes first and not work your company should honor that like we honor the opportunity to work
I would love a stock option for employee purchase. I would really love a company match to 401k. Would love to pay less for insurance for my family.
The manager and store would take every opportunity to take money owed to me. The HR policy is run in store by the store manager so any complaints through HR stop at her for self-preservation attempt.
I would feel better if the amount of work was proportionate to the pay
Better the process we do things
Having corporate liesten to the people on the front line and hear what the real struggle is from making improvements to help and make customer experience better
If I actually got decent flat rate times I could maybe make enough to fill a 40 hour work week.
