Interacting with my customers and finding the right unit for them is great until I have to work the deal then things get a little tougher because I have to hard sell things they don't want.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A lot of managers go not take accountability and deflect the problems going on without trying to repair the issue

Believing that you are the best is dangerous

Create an individual focus on the customer

Poor financial management in an industry that has peeked

TRAINING. And making sure inventory is accounted for.

do not care about the customer and offer him zero recourse or reparation for your shortcomings / mistakes. Your dispatch procedure and work acquisition are severely lacking if not all together non existent. Your parts department habitually fails and is not held to account. No one I'd held account.

The biggest thing is Communication between sales, advisors and service. Every morning there are meetings to help with this communication issue and it never seems to work.every morning Techs are waiting for work When they're not set up For 45 minutes for these meetings to end.

Lack of training and poor management.

New management, one that don't lie for certain employees and treat people unfairly

Associates not knowing how to do their job. Training program needs much improvement.

Management needs to learn to proactively handle problems they have with their associates. Intentionally withholding opportunities of growth is not the way to address a problem you have with an associate.

Leadership only worries about money. The staff is third on the list. It's all about how much money can be made before the end of month and start the beast all over again. Forget the sacrifice to the employees and their families. Communication is only used when it benefits leadership

Thins are not being done correctly when customers complain it's up to one person to fix all the solutions

Get a GM that cares about what happens to the team and not the Google reviews

Trust loyalty support truth consistency

There are units going out both used and new that the customers most of the time are not aware of the issues with their unit. The sedi.ent at this store is it will be covered under warranty. No compassion for the inconvenience to the customer when something major is not working. Heat, ac, frig.

The company is focused on selling RVs and ignoring the fact that the pandemic likely induced a bubble in the market. This growth is NOT sustainable, yet they're hiring like crazy to support RV sales.
