Alot of things. Will be willing to speak with higher up and tell them everything
Them doing their job and showing up.
They need to want to work and pay attention here. They are spread way too thin for the demand
Most definately hard to be a leader when your floor are all followers

Technology is outdated, not enough staff to get work done. No motivation.
Allowing team members to have a voice and a salary increase
Supporting the employees and be less on numbers on a paper
Open line of communication. And being treated equal
Communication and training. This company is lacking heavily on both of these very important subjects
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not really sure on this one
They didn't seem to want to hire me later my boss at the time confessed she didn't want to hire me but they did it seems like it's always like that I've seen it happen
No training.. pour management .. techs work on family and friends.. have to be in the proper pack / group to be given work and hours very unfair.. not able to prove yourself as a good tech
Try actually interviewing the people and learning about them and what they want out of their career path. If I was told up front the plans you guys had and what procedural changes and other changes would be made along the way I'd never have stayed. I was promised something very diferent. Horrible.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would come in as like an undercover boss and work at each one of your locations for a couple of months so you can see what all goes on and then you'll see what you need to change
A lot of managers go not take accountability and deflect the problems going on without trying to repair the issue
Believing that you are the best is dangerous
Create an individual focus on the customer
Poor financial management in an industry that has peeked
