I've had my own personal ups and downs at Carbon, but overall I like where I am now. Likewise, my role has its busy and quiet times.

My team collaborates really effectively on projects and are also great people to hang out with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a standard compensation package overall, but has great health insurance options and a perk is the pet insurance!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I really enjoy my coworkers and my immediate team, but there are other parts of the company that I don't think show that they truly value DEI. I also have a healthy work life balance and work is definitely not my whole life. :)
