I am regularly getting interview opportunities that is offering to compensate 50-100k more base salary for my role.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am stretched incredibly thin, so overall progress feels slow and compromises have to be made. I would like to focus on less projects. Less projects will let me do a better job.
