What is the best part about your compensation package?
Every time we have a review I get a decent-sized raise and some RSU's I'm happy.
What makes you most happy at work?
How much I get to learn at work. It's like I'm getting paid to go to college
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have always been treated with the utmost respect from management (excluding Joe Batdorf) It seems like management here really cares about their employees
