There's a great environment of openness and honestly, and we have many opportunities to ask questions and get real feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to do what it takes to meet the goals being set for us, even when they seem unachievable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel like the work that I'm actually doing is being taken into account, and that being paid according to a hard scale based on job title is not fair.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are an incredible number of initiatives, and we're trying to do too much in too short of a time, and it splits our attention so that we can't do our best on the most important campaigns.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work I'm doing is not in alignment with my title, and I'm doing the work of an entire team mostly on my own. I've been told that I "have to prove there's enough work to justify hiring" a team, but no matter what I do or say, that answer doesn't change.
