It is extremely fast paced, there is a lot of expectation for you to perform, and if you don't like the current (rules/comp plan/direction) give it 20 mins it will change.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a people manager my goal was set without my input or my direct supervisors input and was set to an unreachable point. With this said due to the planning I will not make any commission. This feels very short sided on the companies behalf.
