It appears that certain demographics receive the support, encouragement, and pay those other demographics don't receive. Benefits, office amenities, and overall work culture are decent. The technology we use is very exciting and has a lot of potentials.

I feel as though I've been lied to, withheld from opportunities, and encouraged not to follow the career path I've set for myself.

They provide great feedback, meet regularly to discuss issues, help each other out when overwhelmed, and are very encouraging to others on the team.

Seeing people work in our labs printing parts and conducting experiments in effort to continuously improve our products. It's so cool and never gets old.

We celebrate everything and everyone. We do a great job at making sure all employees traditions, company milestones, and personal milestones are acknowledged and celebrated. Even the babies.
