Being inclusive to those not located in the RWC area. Company culture is very important to the company if you go into the main office
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises are minimal (2-4%) and doesn't even meet cost of living adjustment. Hired under the guise of unlimited/untracked PTO and full benefits paid for but was told week 1 that I was limited to PTO and it was being tracked by my manager. Benefits are now not fully paid by the company
